Every member of the Pastor Peace Alliance is expected to follow these principles to promote unity, integrity, respect, and effective ministry within the Christian community.
Respect all pastors, leaders, and denominations.
Participate actively in meetings, prayer gatherings, and alliance programs.
Avoid spreading personal, political, or divisive content within the alliance.
Uphold integrity, honesty, and accountability in every responsibility.
Support decisions made collectively by alliance leadership.
Maintain confidentiality of alliance discussions.
Remain committed to unity and fellowship, avoiding unnecessary withdrawal.
Serve the Christian community faithfully, respectfully, and with humility.
